Due to the customised nature of our products - we do not accept returns. If you find an issue with your product, you will receive a free replacement.
Replacements are only eligible for items which have manufacture/quality defects, or have been damaged in transit.
When ordering you will be able to preview the Flipograph's pages - to ensure the playback effect is perfect for you. These are the pages we print, and so by ordering you have confirmed that you are happy with the contents of the Flipograph.
Damages and issues
While we do our upmost best to ensure you receive your item in perfect condition, exactly as you expect, things can occasionally go wrong.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have receive the wrong item.
We will prioritise your replacement, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide photographic evidence of the issue. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours with a prompt resolution.
If a replacement cannot resolve the issue above, refunds are issued at the discretion of the sales manager.
